Our freezer broke randomly and this company came out within the hour to assess the problem. They told us the starter was probably broken but that there could also be a problem with the compressor. The repair bill for the starter replacement was $275 with a $25 off coupon. The compressor replacement was quoted at around $650, I hope it’s not a problem with the compressor. The technician was really nice, clean, courteous, and communicated well with us. He even cleaned our compressor while replacing the starter at no additional cost. We’ll be going with them again if another appliance breaks and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for saving our food Ameripro!
About a week and a half later, our refrigerator broke again and this time our food was not so lucky; however, we were. The same, nice technician came out and somehow fixed the problem.. and best of all? free of charge!
